HELPING SMALL AND MEDIUM SIZED BUSINESSES NAVIGATE THE DIGITAL ECONOMY
Standard business practices have changed. The world has become increasingly more globalized and with it, the technological revolution has forged a digital landscape unlike anything else. As part of the 2021 federal budget, to deal with these digital changes, the Government of Canada announced the Canada Digital Adoption Program (CDAP) The goal of the program is to prepare businesses to meet the challenges of the digital age.

*Company annual sales/revenues should be a minimum of $500,000 CDN in any one of the 3 years prior to the application.

HOW IT WORKS
Any eligible Canadian businesses can apply for the grant. The federal government will pay up to $15,000 (or 90%) of the total cost to hire us as your trusted digital advisor.
*Beware of any companies asking you for your personal information such as SIN number or banking information. Any pertinent data will be collected through ISED Canada website portal.
Be aware of any lead generation companies offering to get you the grant for a fee.

WHAT DOES THE PLAN INCLUDE?
The grant funding covers our consulting services to develop your Digital Playbook. We analyze your current state operations and workflow, and how data is managed across your organization. After that, we prepare a gap analysis that outlines opportunities for improvement along with 3 solution recommendations including a budget and timeline. Think of it as a roadmap for strategic success.
Note that implementation services are not included in the advisory.
